At Forrester's Pottery, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy for all bookings:
- Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund of the £5 studio/booking fee.
- Cancellations with Less Than 2 Working Days' Notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 2 working days before your appointment. This is due to the direct and indirect costs we incur to prepare for your session, such as staffing, materials, and maintaining availability for other customers. However, you may contact us to rebook or reschedule your appointment for a future date.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please get in touch with us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. Rescheduling also needs to be done at least 2 working days in advance of your appointment. This is because we will likely be unable to fill the seat with short notice, which impacts our business. If rescheduling is requested within the 2 working days prior to the appointment, we regret that the £5 studio/booking fee cannot be refunded or applied to a future session.
This policy is designed to give everyone fair notice while keeping our studio accessible for other customers. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
